We have our very own online platform were we meet and discuss new ideas, and learn from other agents on what’s working for them and how best to build our businesses.. With over 300 agents in the join EXP UK network, there’s always wisdom being shared. You receive a weekly diary of ‘what’s on’ and you can pick and choose which ones are for you. Attendance is not compulsory.

At join EXP UK, you receive a minimum of 70% of your commission fees you generate as an agent that can easily hit 99%. There’s no need to chase 5-10 deals every month, chasing volume. Smaller instruction numbers but bigger commissions.

Additional earning opportunities.
And we have a commission cap which means that no further commission (other than a £200 admin fee) is taken from you once your commission hit £80,000 each year. Very few self-employed estate agency models in the UK offer this. With many of our agents grossing £125,000 annually, this can make a huge difference to your bottom line.
